Clarity is an experimental prediction market exchange built by one developer. It runs on a single VPS, has no audits, and the code is not yet in a stable form. Expect bugs, downtime, schema changes, and occasional resets.
Nothing on this site is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Markets here resolve to YES or NO based on a published settlement source — they are not predictions or recommendations. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make.
Deposits, trades, and withdrawals use real USDC on the Base network. There is no demo mode. Funds you deposit are held in a smart contract at 0xb8734bc1bcc112183c7ce77cabbcae2c7e05dd20. Always verify the contract address matches before approving spend in your wallet.
Prediction-market positions can settle to zero. If you sell shares of a contract that resolves against you, you lose your collateral. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.
The operator does not guarantee uptime, settlement timeliness, the accuracy of any third-party data feed (e.g. Hyperliquid, Polymarket gamma-api), or that funds will always be withdrawable. The smart contract has not been formally audited. The off-chain matching engine and database are running on commodity infrastructure and could fail or lose state.
Prediction markets are regulated differently in different countries. By using this site you confirm that you are doing so legally where you live, and that you accept the operator's lack of any compliance program. If you are in a jurisdiction where this kind of market is restricted (notably the United States, where the CFTC has taken enforcement action against unlicensed prediction-market operators), you should not use the platform.
